Question I'm here for my mother - Metanx questions

My mother has gotten great relief from her pedal neuropathy with an Rx vitamin by the name of Metanx. Her insurance is now not covering it so I'm looking for alternatives.

I can't find a search function to see if this has been addressed before so please forgive me if this is a popular topic.

Does anyone here know which OTC products can be combining to make a Metanx like alternative? I understand that one part of the Rx is a "better" folic acid which is bio-available.

Thanks!
