You lived for quite a while with a very very low level. It will take time to recover. Your levels show you are absorbing the
B12 as you are taking it, ie. that you are taking it correctly.

You also want to make sure your Vit D levels are checked.
This is another nutrient that seems to become very low in Americans.
Thank you mrsD. Am I dense? My question is this: do I continue to take B12 1000's now that test results show a level of about 1050? If so, how much?
