Hi Billie!
My daughter made something like that for breakfast one morning when she came down for the weekend. It didn't last long! It was really good! If this is the same thing you gals will love it! Sheryl

Hi guys~
This is probably gonna be a dumb question--it's from me.... but, a lot of these recipes are gonna be from Weight Watchers--which is good. Is there a way to know about how many calories in each serving as well as "points"? I know WW works on the point system, and that works very well in that way of eating, but I don't use their system. I kinda count calories. I know the recipes are substituting low calorie things, so that will help, but without sitting down with my calculator......... Maybe that is the only way? Just wondering I guess. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks. Hugs, LS |

I am a Lifetime Weight Watchers Member. I really believe in their program.
Especially when you are "lost," they will help you regain your composure. In the past year, I have educated myself on nutrition and am largely doing my "own" thing, but I still have an affinity for Weight Watchers and get myself weighed in every month. I really like their cookbooks. One of my favorites is: Stir It up! Super Skillet Cookbook |
