oh the memories of last nights meal.....
sigh
The oysters were so good!!!
they were bathed in an herbed butter sauce and covered with cheese then char broiled piping hot....oh so good!
then the crawfish with real mayo dipping sauce!!!!!!
several new potatoes and an ear of sweet corn....
several margaritas ....
I am such a foodie!


We bought as manyof the lost episodes on dvd (all of seasons 1,2,3,4 and part of five), our local hollywood video store is closing.
can you tell we are lost fans!!!!!
geesh!

I did pretty good on my dieting today.

I had a turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and peas.
Pork Chops and bananas and some other things.

I've forgotten.

going home from the library now...gonna stir fry some peppers, red yellow and orange and green, frozen with some fresh yellow squash....not sure about the meat, may be bocca burgers or hamberger or turkey....

I've been eating peanut butter and banana's on potato bread
today. I haven't had any bread for a while.

I had part of a piece of cheese pizza tonight. Derrick bought the pizza
and I didn't have the heart to tell him I didn't want any.

So I ate some of it. I have had some fruit too. I have had a lazy day
today. I am having a busy week/

Smile Hubby is a genius!!!!!!!! and handsome too!!!!!

We had turkey slices for dinner with the veggie stir fry. and some strawberries.
then walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes.
having a beer and it tastes so good!

the best news is that MY HUBBY FIXED our computer!!!!!!!
He researched the part, ordered it...it came in today one wire was damaged so he spliced it together and fixed our computer!
yippie!!!!
we don't have to go buy a new one!
very very happy to be back on line!!!!!!!

Hi all

I had a Jr bacon cheeseburger fries and diet coke for lunch.

And I had turkey, mashed potatoes and peas for supper.

I didn't have breakfast because I was still laying down.

WE had chopped turnip greens with diced turnips, spiced up a bit with hot sauce, a very very lean hamburger patty, fresh carrots and a couple of strawberries...and 2 dark chocolate herseys kisses for desert.
going to the gym later after my meal settles alittle.
for lunch I had a wrap, it is called flat out, it has high fiber and only 90 calories....it is thin like a tortilla and very filling. I sprinkle cheese and salsa and heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave roll it up and eat quick and easy.

well i have good news and bad news: the scale isn't moving. good, because at least i'm not gaining weight. bad, because i'm not losing any either. although, it is sitting slightly below or at the line where before it hovered around. which more or less confirms the half pound off i reported 2 weeks ago - and it could even be a pound.

the other day on the way home i stopped at Mickey D's and got a small order of fries. I love their fries. then i ate a little less at dinner, oh well.

been having healthy dinners - past two nights fish with vegetables. i won't bore you with the recipeutical details, this time, i'm too long-winded



been eating less cheese, too.

i have been not been feeling too good. cranky the past few days. anxiety today bad enough i took something - and man, only 1.25 mg ativan knocked my lights out! i couldn't even watch Monk i was too out of it. i slept. but it was preferable to the anxiety.

I have been eating a lot of veggies on my sandwiches and its usually
either ham or roast beef. I have been eating a healthy amount too.

I had a nice lunch and then a nice dinner of a junior cheeseburger with
bacon tonight. I had some fries too. It was good.

I am doing the best I can.
