7 pounds is a great loss. Some weeks you might not lose as much. After you get a pattern of a few weeks, you can calculate your average. The point is not home much you lose this week or that week. The point is to lose weight long term and keep it off.

You have done great.
Now go eat 4 or 5 cups of fruits and vegetables tomorrow.

keep at it my friend! it takes patience, someof that weight will be water weight....it is best to only lose about 1-2 pounds a week.
so be patient.
weight loss takes time and a stick to it ness that you will be willing to change your eating habits...for life. I believe that when we have been overweight that we will struggle with this forever...so it is learning balance and moderation. reduced portions, limiting snacks. try to eat as healthy as possible, fresh if you can. Try to stay away from highly processed foods they are not good for us.

I have one concern... Should I continue drinking all the water ?? or should I drink just 4 glasses in case Im retaining water ??

they suggest you drink 8 -8oz glasses of fluid. tea and coffee and milk count.
it helps to keep you feeling full and helps in your metabolism to help in digestion. it is also very cleansing. If you are retaining fluid there may be something else going on. Do you eat a lot of salt?
