We just came from this restaurant called ema's, I had the best omelet.
Ham and cheddar cheese and creamed spinach on top with a side of tomatoes....very high calorie but low carb and delicious!

I think we all have to drink more water at times.

I know I do. I've been working on it. And doing better.

But have been working on it again.

I am disappointed in myself.
Did not go to the gym tonight. Did not feel like it, tired, no energy. I even took some b12 sublingually to see if that might help. I just think that my work outs have not been great and that is depressing to me. I feel like I should be doing more getting stronger, more endurance and I don't.
I will go tomorrow.
sigh

Bizi,
Be gentle with yourself. It has been only two weeks. You will gain strength and endurance in time.

well I hate to admit this but I am completely stopped up. I hate it. I have been using laxatives but they stopped working. now i have been using the laxatives plus calm mag citrate that you dissolve and it fizzes, a heaping table spoon once a day wonder if I should go to twice a day?
I don't like myralax.
wonder if I should just bite the bullet and drink a bottle of mag citrate.
very unhappy bizi
