Default I am having a hard time sleeping

I seem to need less hours of sleep. My husband is like, are you tired and I repy with, not really. lol We both tried to go to sleep around like 9pmish last night and I was up, and he was like sleeping for two hours. He woke up and then when I tried to go to sleep I couldn't. He tried to go back to sleep He could not so we watched the office sitcom. We were up until 5amish. It was pretty bad I told him wake me up at 9am. He gave me a cup of coffee right away when he kissed me good morning. I got out of bed with no problem.

So I am guessing if I were to sleep on a schedule meaning waking up at the same time every morning I will fall asleep better. I am so bad at schedule. So now I have to try real hard to make a sleep schedule.

I refuse to use sleeping aides. I just do not want them. I know I can sleep good. I just need to set my body to the schedule.

Sharla

Sharla, what helps me get on a sleep schedule is staying active during the day which wears me out. My sleep pattern is very irratic. About every other day I seem to have energy for different reasons and every other day I can't get moving.

Dear Sharla,
Sometimes sleep meds help for a week or so to get someone back on track.

i use bendryl as a sleep aide. It works pretty good. Today I have to stay in the house because my foot hurts. It hurts for no reason. I just woke up like this. I woke up really tired today because my husband woke me up at 10am. That is early for me. I need a job. I am making a resume today. I hope my foot gets better.

Sharla,

I hope your foot feels better soon. What template do you plan to use as a resume? I'm just curious. I used the functional one.

Thanks you everyone I feel way better than this morning. But now I have a headache and my jaw hurts. LOL Aches and pains every where for no reason. How silly is this...sheesh. I am done with the resume and my husband who is a tough critic was very impressed and saw how hard I worked on my resume. He says I did an excellent job and nothing needs to be fixed. He was impressed with the template. I found a daycare template. You can find sample resumes on the web. That is how I did mine. I looked at others and did my according to that template.

I really pray and hope I get that daycare job Lord please bless me with a daycare job.

I would like to get working again.

gosh aches and pains? headache? oh dear i hope you are not coming down with something!!! i would think of allergies first, but since you took a benadryl that would have taken care of that. but maybe it is just the changes in atmospheric pressure you know, with the season change? i hope it is that - it should settle down soon. also make sure to keep warm enough. it is easy to catch a draft in spring ... seems all warm and stuff but there are hints of cooler air still running around... ... and make us all stiff and achey and stuff.

great job finishing up your resume!!! i am wishing you the bestest luck getting into a daycare job!
