Default What is your range of good emotions?

Hi,
Here is a page with lists of
1. positive emotions
2. negative emotions

http://www.self-improvement-mentor.c...-emotions.html

The page encourages us to notice the wide range of good emotions we experience and to notice that the negative emotions are likely not as intense as we think.

Quote:

Do you have three good emotions you can list?

Good emotions:
~Adequate

At the same time, notice that sometimes your negative emotions may not be as intense as you think. It depends on how we label the emotion. Perhaps you are not angry, rather just irritated. Or not disappointed but just frustrated.
I've got several negative emotions that range from mild to moderate. No intense ones (too tired and medicated for intense.

Negative emotions:
~annoyed
~irritated
~tired
