Red face

Ouchy.

Dear Bizi i am not sure if ROM is a good idea for now or if that is how you overdid your arm but i'd sure feel better if the doc knew about it and said outloud that it was OK, and not your PT friend (who also said your cuff was probably torn when in fact you had adhesions).

Trust your friend as you friend, but remember she is not a doc. Use her input to ask your doc questions, not to avoid calling the doc.

i am happy you are feeling overall better - you sound in better spirits.

your collarbone will heal up, at least a week if not 2 are over. (sorry not sure of time... time is weird for me right now... february feels like yesterday and yet like it was aeons ago too.)

((((hugs)))))

Smile

i fell down 4 weeks ago today...yes waves time does fly.
I am doing the ROM exercises that the ortho approved of....my pt friend encouraged me in the beginning when he had not given me any idea, but with the followup after 2 weeks he asked if I had been doing any....he had not told me to do them so that was annoying, he assumed that I would be doing them good thing I was! I finally started taking advil when my other knee freaked out on me...my pt friend told me that inflamation would hinder healing so advil it is and iced up my shoulder which was hurting after such a great day...I guess i just over did it thru out the day and it told me so last night...it still touchy today, I am working on my own, light work, just trimming finger nails only so I can just bring in a few things and not my bag so no taking off socks or lifting so I should be fine alone.
I still write down things to remember that I took my meds and did my rom stuff, check list vit etc.
I took a shower last night which is getting easier to do.
have a great day!

Dear Bizi,
It's hard to believe it is 4 weeks already -- I don't know how time moves.

I hope that you have a good day.
