Hi Everyone
 first i gotta say... Curlydawg... that is an awesome pic!!! thanks!!! that cracked me up!  ---------------- sorry i've been quiet. not been good. the past few days i've had intractable migraines - have slept (or napped between owwies food and pain pills) day and night. seemed to get better... would get on the computer only to pay for it in spades all over again. other than that, depression well... i think i am doing better than before. but i need to do better than this still. the slightest thing sets me off... and there are not so slight things happening. family is ok for now, but the whole of Europe is pretty much in tilt and they talk about it... i don't want to know, i can't do anything much about it, and the country i'm in is messed up as far as i am concerned. i appreciate their anger, but it upsets me. so i just try to get away from it one way or another... earplugs, headphones, earplugs with maxed headphones over the top... that gets tiresome too. it is still erosive substituting a less objectionable sound for a more objectionable one, when i'd prefer quiet. thanks to all of you for your continued support. I am glad you posted. I was worried about you. I had noticed your silence. sorry things have been so tuff with the pain. Napping is a good idea, I wish you were able to sleep better. When one of us gets quiet, you know something isn't so good. Depression is a horrible monster that grabs the best of us. I am begging my doctor for another medication for it. Never did that before. I hope the next few days are better for you. Please keep in touch with us all. I care about you. ginnie
