Default depression

I have been in a massive depression and sleeping a lot. Everything and I mean everything is one huge effort. I stopped listening to music. For a few days I didn't feel like eating and my appetite is still sort of gone. I dragged myself to my psychiatrist on Friday. I hadn't seen him in a month because of a mixup. I so wanted to cancel the appointment because I didn't have the energy. He is putting me on effexor.

Bobby,

I hope the effexor helps you. I have moments of depressions but usually they only last a day or 2 at the most so I am lucky there.

Red face

Dear Bobby,
I have missed you.
Sorry that you have been in this funk...it sounds awful for you.
Hopefully the effexor will kick in quickly and you will be feeling better very soon.

Oh dear, Bobby,
Depressions are soo hard. I'm glad that you managed to make it to the pdoc's office.
I hope you come out of the funk soon. Does sleep help you get through your days? How about your kittie cats? Do they help?

I hope that you start to feel better soon Bobby, it's not fun to feel that kind of depression where you just don't even want to get out of bed. I haven't been there for a long time but I can empathize with it. I hope that the effexor helps soon. Hang in there, it will hopefully get better soon. (((hug)))

I am still not doing well. I still haven't gotten the effexor. My cleaning guy is coming tomorrow and I will have him take the prescriptions to the pharmacy.
I just have no energy. Boy bipolar II is a monster. I tell myself I have no choice. This is what I have been given. I also tell myself this is a gift from the great unknown to draw me closer. I feel like crying but no tears will come.
Right now the cats aren't a comfort although I am so glad I have them
