i have been spending most of the time worrying.In the back of my mind i am worried about my sister who i probably will never see again. she used to come to nyc quite often but made no attempt to see me. now she is on oxygen twenty hours a day and if she is off it for three minutes she starts turning blue.
she last wrote that she hasn't gotten any worse but she hasn't gotten better.
her doctor is in boston and she lives in penn.
I can't ask her about her prognosis and i am estranged from her sons.
I am worried about money and income tax. I lost a lot of money in the market and i no longer have the documentation. I threw out all the documentation thinking i could get it from my brokerage. they only hold records for ten years.
this goes beyond ten years. with capital losses you don't have to hold them more than seven years but i am afraid i took one capital loss less than sevenyears ago and i can't find the paperwork.
I really like the classes i have been taking, two over the phone and one in person with a rabbi. the rabbi gives lessons on tanya on the internet so i usually spend an hour a day listening to one. they are very interesting but don't make me feel good.....I keep on wondering right now if i like or love myself or don't like myself. I tell myself the bipolar is working overtime.
the lectures do at times speak of joy. i am far from it

tomorrow i have an appt with a new dentist. my bottom partial broke when i was eating pizza. it was the denture my dentist dropped by accident and had it repaired first by him and then the lab.
he moved to virginia and the new dentist won't assume any liability. i am going to try cecilia's dentist who is expensive and doesn't take my insurance.
i have been listening to the rabbi's sermons on the tanya which is helping.

i liked the dentist and his staff. i signed up for an insurance that pays a little of the cost. he is also going to do deep cleaning to remove plaque.the initial visit was 155 dollars plus 309 towards the denture. i picked the more expensive denture because he said it would be more comfortable.It will all come to a bit over 2100.

There should be dental insurance! It is so expensive to have work done on your teeth etc.

i have a form of dental insurance. it costs 60 dollars a year and just paid for itself yesterday. the actual dentures cost about 1250 and the initial visit was 155. he is also going to do deep cleaning. the price i looked at included the cheaper dentures. I gave you the wrong quote.
