Greetings,
I'm roasting a chicken for the first time in more than a decade ![]() (although I did cook a turkey once for Thanksgiving during that time. I have the oven set at 350. I think that the chicken will take 2 - 2.5 hours to cook. At least, that is what a web site said. I tried using the meat thermometer but it doesn't do right and won't be much use. I put some celery and onion in the cavity and brushed on a glaze of honey, soy sauce, and olive oil. And yes, I am a little bit hyperish ![]() ![]() Mari |
