you are right donna. i don't think he realizes how bad my manic behavior and sleep problems are.
i just tried to weigh myself but my balance was so bad after five times i gave up.
now my depression is back. I no longer have a sense of well being, it is like a cloud descended upon me.

i woke up with the cloud.Life would have been so easy if I had had that sense of well being. I did weigh myself and was the same. I took my bp and my pulse was still high and it showed the irregular heart beat. I wonder what medicine he will try on me this time.
I don't know what I would do without Robert! I might see him this weekend this time if he can work around my schedule. Yesterday when I was petting /danny he told me danny loves to held and petted. That made me so good for Robert.

i think i can understand why music stars destroy themselves on drugs. The sense of well being is incredible and the otherside is so hard to deal with.

A lot of stars have drug and alcohol problems. Many musicians have died from drug over dose. very sad.....

still don't know the password. last night I ate way too much and mentioned to alice also about my overspending. Then she said maybe I should cut back on the money I give you. I felt so rotten. I was right. she usually has that sense of well being! I felt hopeless and so jealous I also twisted my back before I went out so that has been aching all night. My overeating caused me to have a stomach ache all night. I am so very depressed. I was going to cancel today with rose but I can sit in this chair .
at this point I don;t care about the irregular heartbeat. My mood is so bleak.
my mood has improved. I just wrote alice and asked her if she had any tips to gain a sense of well being. My stomach no longer hurts but my side still does.

I had an irregular heat rate...skipped beats. went to a cardiologist and went thru the whole work up: heart ultra sound, stress test, holter monitor. in the end they said it was stress. It eventually went away.

i am going to try 20 mg uf melatonin. my neighbor said that it worked on sleep.

I take 2 different kinds of melatonin. natrol 5mg x 4 pills =20mg. of combination long acting and short acting. Then I also take a short acting one from my pdocs office. that one is 3mg. and visteril 100mg which I think helps the most. It is a prescription antihistamine. Maybe you could ask for it?

they already tried antihistamines on me.I just ordered two pints of ice cream and a tart. I have such a craving for sweets. I am giving in. Last night I had wine.My side still really hurts and I have a cough.

I really did not do that much cleaning. maybe 10- 20 minutes of work on the bathroom floor. the rest of my day was doing paperwork/laundry.
I like to put down in writing the work that I have done so I see that I am being productive.
benadryl doesn't work for me any more but I think this visteril does
I looked up liness for constipation and it costs a fortune. tried to sign up for the drug card at their web site and it would not work so I just sent them a letter/email to the customer service center to try to get their help. it would be a prescription would cost $30. So that is a huge savings from$450 month!!!
My mag oxide is not working for me nor is the mag citrate.

I slept and woke up and was angry at God. Then I asked for forgiveness, I feel so awful. Yesterday I had two pints of ice cream and a 6 inch tart. I had such a craving for sweets. I wonder how much more weight I will gain.

i go to the cardiologist at 9. I am not depressed.My monitor still shows my bp is high and I have an irregular heartbeat. I don't know if the medication is still in my system or if it really changed something. I like the doctor. He has a great sense of humor and has good ratings. He is a spiffy dresser.
I see my psychiatrist tomorrow morning.

great news. he is taking me off a blood pressure pill and he said i could lstart taking fanapt again. the ekg was fine. i am so wiped out

before when I was just taking the blood pressure medicine everything was all right and my blood pressure was 120 over 80. now it isn't, even without the new medication. I hope the doctor is right and my system can handles the new medication without the blood pressure medicine. Before I had to raise the bp medicine from 5 to 10 before my bp was normal. I still will be taking ramipril.

wouldn't you be upset if your pulse was 127 and your bp was in the 180's

My bp is usually around 140 on top. And sometimes higher. So yes, I would.

Don't know how high it sometimes goes. My pulse is usually in the 90's somewhere. I don't know where exactly.

i just took my np and pulse.it read 161 77 117
I took a fanapt last night. today I skip one of the bp pills and have fanapt twice a day, it already started working. i am in a good mood.I hope I don't get dizzy again. I might make a new appointment with my primary doctor sooner if the readings on my bp and pulse are still high or go higher. before as i wrote with the extra bp medicine was 120 over 80.
must be boring to read these numbers.

i rescheduled it on the 19th but will pick up samples on Monday. I feel so rotten. I have zero energy, I don't know what is wrong with me. I was so tired most of the week. My side is finally feeling better. I won't tale fanapt til monday.
