i downloaded an application from the drug company.. I called my accountant to get a copy of my taxes. Then I will call them again aand ask them to walk me through the application. i don't know if i will get it.
the bathtub whatever you call it doesn't fit. i have a railing from my former shower enclosure. rats.
the past two days marci worked so hard i felt so guilty. she has been offering me to help take a bath but i am too embarrassed.the stool doesn't make me feel safe. so i got up to look for a chair. i was exhausted all day. like a jerk i bought a pretty bracelet. i hope it fits.

Suggestion for Marci helping you take a bath. Wear a shirt or nightgown
that is longer so maybe you wont be so embarrassed. I think you have
a washer and dryer in your unit right.

that is a good idea. I just bought another chair that goes in and out of the tub. I think that would really help getting out of the tub safely.

I will tell you at the most I get in my shower once a week. Usually I just
use a wash cloth because I'm off balance. I have a order for physical therapy.
My therapist was sick yesterday so they cancelled my intial evaluation.
And I haven't been able to get through yet. Because they aren't at the hospital
and the way they do the fever check and mask. I will probably go ahead and
make another appointment. Since it will probably be after thanksgiving anyway.

I'm having trouble getting through to them.

you wouldn't get a chair that i just bought? then you wouldn't have to worry about balance and you would feel safe? What is the cause of your balance problems?

At this point I'm not sure what the balance problem is. It used
to be vertigo. I had a really bad problem with that from birth.
But I was in physical therapy for over a year helping with that.

Its much better, but know that I've written it out. It might be slightly
back. Thanks I know my exercises for it. I'll start them again and see
if that helps.

A shower bench! perfect for over the tub. This is great some of my clients use them.
I would take a shower with some one there just to be safe. She can work while you shower.

don't know why i am depressed. none of my meals came today and i just ate junk.

i am wondering if I should buy a futon for my lower back.

I would definitively do research before buying a futon. I have to sit on a blanket folded up to elevate my hips and I use a pillow because mine is built for a tall person.

somebody from my brokerage called me late friday afternoon and said he looked at my account and said I would lose a lot of money. He really got me upset. I think I know what I am doing and only limiting myself to a certain amount of money. I have been trying to figure out what to say to him when he calls back.

I just bought a five position futon that I will get in about a wek. I hope it helps my back.
I went over my stocks and was happy with them. Some are precious metals but billionaire I read recently are buying gold.also insider buying. A couple are electric vehicles that I think should do well. I looked up sources of information about them in different sources. F@#k him.

I would only do business or take calls from the person you trust at the
agency. I'd be worried that someone else is trying to take over your account
to try and take your money.

I would not listen to anyone telling you things. Unless its someone

Robert is a genius. He put the floor lamp together so fast. Then he fitted thee bathtub gripper. I thought it would be too small but he made it fit. Then he put up the shower sprayer. I need to have fixed where the water from the tub comes out. Then he immediately fixed why the ac went on instead of staying on fan. He said it could have been aby.
He is still obviously in mourning over the loss of his only brother who was in so much pain. Robert usually doesn't talk about personal things. so sad

i have been forgetting to take otc pain killers. they really help.

I asked because I was afraid that you would have to deal with the removal of the bed. glad that they will take care of that for you.

I would give them hand sanitizer upon entering and stay away from them 6 feet, just use your good judgement. Sanitize the door knobs stuff you could be doing any time you have company.

i was just reading a little. after the fall my concentration has been awful.. everything is an effort.
i hope the futon is a good idea. it is going to be hard getting up from the floor. i also weigh a bit more than the maximum., another incentive to lose weight.

Did you say there is a max weight for the futon?
I have never heard of such a thing.

i think i am going to try physical therapy again., one that comes to your house. It has been three months and now I don't feel any improvement.
I was holding Pudge and I fell but not bad. I let go of Pudge she wasn't in the way. I got a wire basket for my walker.
My anxiety is really high and I feel jumpy.

I called the pt and left a message for my doctor to write the prescription. Time isn't helping now. I am so scared and my anxiety is past the roof.

I am sorry for your increased anxiety.
