last night was much better. i have been taking briuski(sp) and after drinking extra water my stomach ache went away. For a while I was severely depressed with terrible thoughts. I wish the thoughts would go away. My therapist is always happy and does things to make himself happy like watching dancing from all over the world. i am jealous.

Off of face book I am listening to radio garden. google earth is responsible for it I think. when I click on it the whole world comes up with tiny green dots of all of the radio stations click on a dot and you will hear that radio station.I favorited classical music out of venice italy. an irish channel from Ireland. my not so local 60 miles away from here in baton rouge wrkf that the sound is really good now. So I can listen to music all around the world.

you can google "radio garden live" and up the links will pop up. I clicked on the first link and got to the channel. I tried to copy the link and could not do that for some reason it is locked.

i have been on a buying binge of clothes and classical books. I am out of control. I am trying to diet. I am eating a lot of eggs but also raw hamburger which I know is dangerous.a couple of classics deal with death. i lost 4 pounds.

I risk of getting ill from eating raw hamburger is the meat was in contact with the blades, a lot of blades and that is why we should eat hamburger well done and I eat my steak Med rare because there are only 2 sides that are cut and you can kill bacteria as long as both sides get the heat. same thing with a tuna steak, seared on both sides. same thing with a pork chop.

I do eat sushi on occasion, and that is raw fish.
Mom used to eat steak tar tar like you eating it raw, she would put some sauce on it and mix it with capers.

so far I can't get a vaccine.
my therapist isn't supportive. I am going to tell him.i am so isolated. my bipolar is so bad. i am thinking of buyng two more stocks that is scarey

I just cancelled my doctor's appointment and scheduled for april. I am hoping I will continue to lose weight by then.
Robert is waiting to get a vaccine. He wants to see how the other people are doing first.
I didn't have a stomach ache last night. I am not depressed.
there is some issue with my antidepressant medicine with insurance. I bought another stock. I hope I won't buy anymore until I sell something.

I am having trouble getting a refill for my antidepressant. Epic is denying it right now so it would cost me 2000. Hoepfully it will be straingthened and cost me 20. I lost another pound but today is my cheat day so I had ice cream.

I think the antidepressant cost was approved by epic. The pharmacy called at three and said that epic isssued an override and I can keep on taking the drug. I couldn't afford 2000 every three months but I can afford 20 dollars-what a difference. Thank God for Epic a drug program for seniors

did you have to go without it for a couple of days or is your RX on auto fill?
It is easy to loose track of time. I have 4 prescriptions, and plenty of PRNs in case I need them I should have taken a zyprexa sublingual with requip to prevent restless legs.I think I will take them tonight. I feel achey all over. They said we could have flu like side effects from the vaccine. I am using a heating pillow for my lower back which is really bothering me. You put it in the microwave for 1MIN 45 seconds and it emits moist heat.
jeff got me 2 of them. they hug your neck or you can use them where ever you like. I use mine on my lower back usually. I have not had to use them in a good while.:hug:

i have one of those but I forgot how long I was supposed to keep it in the microwave. Since my fall my lower back hurts a lot.
My drugs are on autofill. Soemthing went terribly wrong but now I have them. I even got my taxes back and didn't jhave to pay anything and was surprised how little my accountant charged.

I am sorry you are so depressed, you rapid cycle so much this could be called a mixed mood. you have had periods of mania when you were depressed, very hard to treat.
can you reach out to GOd when You are feeling this bad, does praying help you?
