glad the arnica gel helped. good old asper cream helps one of my clients with their aches and pains.Voterin just became available with out a prescription. it is supposed to really be good. My mom uses it.

my right leg is weak because of the stroke. i used a cane. i took a major fall a little more than a year ago. it was wet and my shoes were and there was a little step and i took the worst fall. i had p.t. i had never had back problems and she had be so an exercise which gave me back problems. she didn't even apologize but now i also have weakness in my back. this last fall was from sheer stupidity. i didn't turn on the light and tripped over something. then i forget taking arnica and frozen vegetables.
voterin never worked for me. i have asper cream but don't remember if it helped.
my night pills are just metformin for my diabetes and 2 mg of clonazepam.
i used arnica pellets.
the frozen vegetables really helped.

My daughter and I live in the same house. We get on really well. Both my two are very bright and on autism spectrum so they had a lot of issues when they were younger but doing fine now. They've adapted. I look after her and she looks after me a lot these days. She's been amazing.

I only cook because I have to eat. LOL. If someone came here and cooked, I'd be very happy. Daughter doesn't cook. Lots of hobbies always. I am doing very well so don't worry about me at all but I do thank you for caring. We're on acreage so I still look after all the grass. I have a nifty ride-on mower that I zip around on.

We keep chickens/hens usually but the dogs belonging to a neighbour killed them and we've never really recovered from the shock of it all to get more. One day... I sew and read and lots of other things. I would normally grow vegetables but haven't bothered the past couple of years here. There are a lot of fruit trees though. mangoes, lychee, lemon, star fruit, guava, coconuts.

I just do things on the good days. Some days and weeks I'm really fatigued and other days I'm full of beans so I only do things on the good days.

I don't over do it like I used to do. I pace myself but I'm still very fit Bobby and doing really well. Thankyou.

p.s. I never had a problem with Arnica cream.
I don't know what the pellets are. Do you ingest them?? Are they homeopathic? Please be careful if you're taking it by mouth as I believe there are potential side-effects that you can most certainly do without. If it's not homeopathic, please just use the ice Bobby.

i am sorry about the chickens and hens. that must have been really traumatic. it sounds so great about all the fruit trees. i wonder how close your nearest neighbor is. i just read and play or watch the kitties. i used to watch the news most of the time but it is just so painful now.

Nearest neighbour is about 500 metres which is approx 546 yards.
News is very depressing. I check it on my computer in the mornings but try not to check too much.

i have even used homeopathy on my animals. i believe in it. i feel like a jerk. i don't know far that is. i also have no idea of what time it is there.
i just heard from one of my best friends. we just email. i am scared to call her because she sounds always so busy. she just said they are all liitle things and she lives alone in a house and just had a new roof put on. she wonders if it is old age. i don't clean. i have free help four hours on monday and tueday. i love her. she just told me her father has 29 children. wow. she comes from jamaica. she is never depressed. we tease each other that we are crazy. i forgot i listen to a lot of soft rock and also follow the market.

i can't wait to speak to my therapist today to see if i can use his agency''s psychiatrist. i am so angry at dr. bergman..if he tries new drugs on me i would have to see him once a month and pay 150 dollars. i told him i was very anxious but he didn't suggest anything. i asked him for an increase in aplenzin which he gave me but the aplenzin stopped working. i went without drugs for almost 60 years and now i really feel like going off of them and drinking a lot of chamomille tea and lavender and taking flaxseed oil and fish oil. The kava kava hasn't worked. i have about thirty books i can't wait to read. practically when i am reading i am not depressed or anxious.
i get so upset with the news or angry that i started really limiting myself.

I am really glad that you are limiting your tv /news.Even just watching the market can cause anxiety. I used to take valerin for anxiety. Do you try
to take the clonipin right before you lay down to sleep?
at a regular time? it would be helpful if you could establish a bed time ritual.
