Why so tired Mari?
Daylight savings always throws me for a loop.

Hi you two.

I took some pictures today of 2 different dogs. I had fun doing that.

I feel so insecure tonight and I can't put a finger on why.

yesterday I had training and a pdoc appoinment and was depressed all day, last night i went to watch my boyfriend practice (hes in a band) and they brought in a new bassist...well the bassist wants to play completely different music then my boyfriend (who really 'owns' the band since he's paid for all the equipment and is the only original member left) so he was really upset/mad/depressed after practice and I felt bad.

i stayed at his house last night and didnt sleep at all. Not one second. not on purpose, just couldnt sleep. so i came home and its now 8am, and im goin to try to sleep till 2ish and then get ready for my first shift at CVS 4-8p tonight. I want to come home and sleep after because i'm running on 8 hours of sleep the past 4 days... but Mike wants me to stay at his house (an hour drive) so I wouldnt get out there till at least 9ish. unles he as some tylenol PM for me when I get there, i think imjust gonna go home and sleep because tomorrow i dont have any plans until 2pm.( my friend is starting to sell mary kay so im going to her party thing) and Mike is probably working (leaving at 7am) so id have to get up early with him drive home and sleep.

its going to be a bad weekend i can already tell.

Default daylight saving time ending

Yes, I am so freaking messed up by daylight saving time ending.
But I am exhausted and drained anyway.
Also, I'm worrying about stuff.

When I first woke up today, I did a little self-hypnosis to relax myself. Maybe I should start doing that a few days a week -- tdoc always said that that would help.

Meg... don't expect the weekend to be bad... I have found that if I expect something is going to be bad... it usually turns out that way. BUT...it also works the other way... if I expect something to be good...it turns out that way also. It may not be as good as I expect it to be but it sure beats things being bad.

I believe it's all a mind set when we go into things. Being happy really is a choice.

Sorry bout that... I forgot to check in with my weekend plans...

I am meeting with a "friend" this afternoon for a while... just need someone to talk with.

It's supposed to be a cold weekend so no plans for Saturday and Sunday... I really just need to be quiet and still as my body is really struggling with new RSD symptoms.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!

Abbie, that is such good advice and I need to start doing it. I will have a good day today.

I went by the bank and next hope to wash some clothes. At the moment I plan to drink my 1st coffee of the day so I'm looking forward to that.

Heart

My German Shepherd had another seizure this morning, the Vet had just done blood work, and we only upped it a few wks ago. He was actually in bed with me with my other dog. So, I think it started in his sleep, which isn't usually the way, but maybe he was awake. I remained calm, waited for it to pass, he slipped off the bed, but on his back legs, I had to move him because he would of slipped off backwards. He has been having one per month, since the first one he had was 3 days after my mom died.
But it is usually around the 20 something of the month. This one came earlier, so closer to the last one.

I gave him a double dose of his meds as the Vet advises to do.
He then went out and pooped, which he always does afterwards, then drank water. He is now sleeping with my female GS mix dog in the spare room I am in. Yet if I go to another room, he wakes right up, he follows me everywhere, he is my shadow, love him.

I have to ask him more ? When I talk to him.

He isn't vomiting or having diahreah when this happens, which is good the Vet said.

He eats well, had a nice walk yesterday. This is one of the reasons I am afraid to travel, who would be able to handle it, and give him his pills, and be calm. I worry way too much, I can't help it.

Although the Vet said, he could have one when you were out, but you would probably know he had when you got home, something moved or something like that, cause he always goes out to poop right after one. I have a doggy door which is good, but I keep it closed when out, because he had 2 seizures outside and scratched himself up.

Ok, need to calm down, does a job on my nerves, he should sleep today mostly, but then again he usually only sleeps for a bit afterwards. At night I have to keep the bathroom doors closed, because he really could hurt himself in a bathroom. His head goes back and forth fast along with his body.

This all breaks my heart. No plans for the w/e really, waiting for the Neurosurgeon to call me on his review of the mri and all, and about an appt.

Plan on finishing up my course, finish up the spare room, since moving, have a movie coming from Netflix today. So that's it.

Hugs, Nikko

My neurosurgeon office called and I have a appointment now on Nov. 25th at 11am, this ought to be interesting and nerve wracking to say the least, but at least I will know more, and where I am going on this spine issue.
