Default not sure what to do anymore

I am having chronic 24/7 pain on right side of my abdomen after my lap kidney surgery 8 months ago. I have u/s, ct scan, mri done nothing showing up on them. My urologist has sais he cant do anymore for me. I have seen couple of general surgeons who said they can't operate on me since nothing showing up. After I saw pain managment who did some injections, and nerve blocks but that is also failure.
I am at the point where Im sick of this pain, its constant dull ache 24/7, not related to eating, activity or anything, none of the other meds like lyrica, elavil, gabapentin, cymbalta help unless its narcotics in large amounts. I dont know if he cut some nerve or I have scar tissue pain. Lately Im feeling very depressed and I feel I rather die than live this way. If theres anything else left to try please let me know. I am from Toronto, canada btw. Thanks
