I always log out. I am so internet paranoid it is pathetic.
 While I was making that thread on Vitamin yesterday, one of the searches I was doing, set off my Avast alarm. I was still in Google...not even clicking on anything! (worm alert). I shut everything down, and then did a full scan...nothing found. Don't understand that at all, but Avast tends to have false positives so I am thinking that was a false one. They are very strict. Rather have a false positive than an invader slipping thru.
