How irritating! Inconsiderate fools really get my Irish up. I'm like you, the monotone thing brings on a seizure. Whenever my husband is on the phone, I go outside as he has such a monotone way of speaking on the phone, but all the while he paces back and forth.

I guess it's a combination of static and spastic that gets to me!

I wish you the best with your neighbors...oh, and that 17 yr. old will be facing a world of hurt if he continues down this path (not to mention a liver transplant.)

We live on a lake that is secluded and our "neighborhood doggie" (part Golden Retriever and Corgie) roams free. He comes by every morning for his breakfast bisquit. MY Golden Retriever gets very jealous so he gets one, too!
