For chronic gas issues.... simethicone is really good to keep it moving along... GasX or products like Maalox advanced with calcium/simethicone. I have a congenital GI problem that would be very dunning without simethicone. I use it just about every day.

TUCKS is a nasty product...long ago promoted to doctors.
Please switch to 3% medicinal hydrogen peroxide. You will see and feel the difference immediately! Hydrogen peroxide does NOT burn... but it kills bacteria in a flash!
