I got my call. They could do it without meds oral/IV for the 26th or March 4th With meds. The MS co ordinator isnt happy that I was moved so far out, but there are no machines available. I am on standby for the scanner that is IN the building. I guess they are only doing non medicated scans on the traveling or mobil MRI machine. I dont think there is a chance in hades that I could do it without meds. So, March 4th at 9:50 arrival time. At least my MD appointment isnt till a week later, so I can get buzzed! They will do a phone consult the next day, since no office appointments were to be had.

Why so busy? I used to get slid right in. Its like all of a sudden the MS center has become so busy, that they are back logged with appointments. I asked if I could see the local guys, but since all of my records are there, and they compare on line MRI to MRI slice by slice, they prefer it done in the big girl hospital.

So, there ya have it. Chicken Dejibo chose the later scan with meds, vs the sooner scan without.
