Default medical Marijuana in 14 states

i live in nj where med. Marijuana was recently approved. the office told me it will be available for patients in july or so. i'd like to know how it affect you and does it help with stiffness or spasm?
i tried mj and didnt feel anything besides good mood - it wasn't effect i hoped to get.
