Oh my gosh Dej
![]() I am back to waking up every morning with headaches now that I'm back to work. Just saw the eye specialist yesterday. She's going to see me again in April, but she says the nerve looks good. Waiting for another MRI, grumble... I too am SICK of these dreadful morning headaches and migraines (not just the head pain - go away floaters, dancing spots, visual disturbances, numbing limbs, slurred speech - I'm done with you all!!!). It's daily. ![]() Now it feels like it's all going back to square 1 again, slowly but surely. Just wanted to let you know, while I am fortunate I can muster a work day out of this mess, You're not alone where the daily AM headaches are concerned. I find that sometimes walking first thing helps a little bit. Eventually over the day, they begin to fade, but it takes several hours.

laura describes it perfectly! I gave myself a complete electonic break, and didnt play games, watch movies, read books, or try to process anything visually. Life doesnt work like that tho. I cannot keep on my dark googles that only let in 4% of the light forever. When I take off my glasses, I am sea sick, my eyes really hurt, even just to move them, and I wake every morning with a horrible headache.
I am photo phobic, cant stand the smallest amounts of light as I feel they are burring into my brain and blistering my optic nerve. My eyes are soooo painful! it burrows into my brain and to do little things like cough make my brain feel bruised, and sore. If I blow my nose I have to hang on or sit down because it really hurts my brain to increase the pressure inside my head. sometimes just the act of swallowing makes my brain feel bruised and upset. I again woke with a headache. im quite tired of this now.

That's it, that's the headache! I'm not as sensitive to the light as you but the sensitivity is there. So far Elavil has been the only thing to take the edge off and makes it bearable. I hope you find something that helps! |
