Never use powder or talc.
If it's fungal, use a bit of cansesten (clotrimazole) If its red raw with clear fluid leakage, it could have a bacterial element to it which needs better creams such as Kenakomb, an antifungal antibacterial mix. Leave the zinc and castor in the 1950's where it belongs imho. |
