Aw! I'm sorry, Sally! I hope the paste works for you. And, Dej gave a great suggestion of letting the air "in." It will help. And as mrsD mentioned, balancing the GI tract might help. I have not tried kefir but do eat yogurt every day. I had to play around with different kinds as some made my stomach worse while others did nothing. Yoplait seems to do the trick for me (unfortunately, it has more sugar and less protein than Greek yogurt). It seem to have the right balance of microbes that I need.

I hope you bottom starts to feel better soon.
