Default Question about IV steroids

Hello everyone, after 6 months of testing my lumbar puncture finally came back with my myelin elevated at 5.0. My left eye is still not moving to the left and my evoked potential came back abnormal.

So doctor wants to treat me for MS finally. I will start my infrusion (I think that's what they call it) at my house in one hour. It's a 1000 mg of steroids. I'm a little nervous but want to know if anyone has had this done and what did you experience.

Thanks
