Thanks so much Kathie!!!
a year and a half ago or so, before I had much of a handle on all of this, I tried a binder like thing (I was going to a wedding, and wanted to feel more confident and knew I couldn't "suck it in" all night with my weak muscles).. It seemed to work initially, but then as the night went on my muscles started tuckering out more and hurting more - as they were fighting against the thing and making them ultimately work harder (who would have thought!!!)
Sometimes even having a tight bra on makes this all worse.. I have different tightness of bras for where my IVIG is/ how strong i'm feeling! I always worry i'm doing some sort of permament damage with the way this all feels!!! not to mention, it's not exactly fun!
