I don't have this foot condition but at the start of my condition before I was dx and they had no clue what was going on they suggest orthotics that are made especially for you. I know my mom who does not have PN but does have foot problems but is a runner really finds hers so helpful. 17000 steps my god I give you credit. Do you take epsom salt baths? Some people find them helpful
