My symptoms are sometimes worse in one part of my body than the other.
No, they don't turn to large fiber neuropathy in general. Small doesn't mean insignificant. Small fibers are crucial to autonomic function and sensory function. Also, SFN is unpredictable in its progression....it can progress fast, or slow, or not at all.
