Default Sharing some good news

I have always had to take something to sleep due to my pain. I wanted so badly to not have to take it. They varied from Ambien to OTC unisom.

A few weeks ago I was determined to find some non-pharmacuetical relief. I decided to try guided meditation for sleep. IT WORKS!!!!! I think possibly the voices help me not to focus on the pain. Also keeps my mind from wondering on a 100 different subjects.

Needless to say I am very happy about this. Just thought I would share incase anyone else may be interested.

Hopeful
