Yes, a C-reactive protein blood test is easy to test for infamation. It is important for heart health as well.

Gettiing the carbs and sugar way down also. I do not eat gluten. Only good carbs and foods very high in nutrients as well as the supplemets we talk about. I have had great success this year after doing research and having my doctor put me on the right dose and brands.
