This is a good question..i got a toxic PN from dapsone.
However i am going to the gym now for a year.
At first I had allot of trouble with my hands and my feet
Hands felt really stiff especially the fingers. Also there is allot tingling in my tows.
But now things feel allot better, the pain i used to have after a workout has been gone.
Also my hand feel better in the morning there is no pain anymore, there is still allot of stiffness in my fingers.
I am still not completely cured but it moving slowly in the right direction.
I am doing
Squats
Squat lungs
Dead lift
The hamer
Bicept
Pullover
chest press end so on
I didnt start with the dead lift right away i was looking for what would work for me and ofcourse i needed to have some fiath in what i was doing.

I suppose this is not possible for everybody you need to develop a feel for what you can do or not
