The scary thing is that I LITERALLY gained 10 pounds in 5 days. I know it was all water but is that normal???? It made me wonder if this pill has ruined my bodies ability to control water retention.

Yes, I am doing every other day and it does great, which is why I tried another day then another, then it was a week. Wasn't till about day 6 that it started climbing which made me think all that water retention was a problem??? Then made me feel like I will never get off it.

But thanks for the encouragement, I am loving the mag lotion for sure! But I don't use it everyday, should I?? I only use it during bad flares, thinking I didn't wanna abuse it.
