Is anyone familiar with a symptom tracker tool? An app or something that makes it easy to keep track of the patterns of your symptoms?
Aside from an increase in symptoms when I do too much exercise, I have never noticed specific effects of other things like sugar, gluten, alcohol, etc. I have noticed that sometimes my pain will decrease significantly for a few days and I will foolishly believe things are improving, but this always seems to come before it gets worse, meaning it gets worse than it was before. ![]() Now, after reading some of the posts here, I'm wondering if I need to pay closer attention. |
