Thanks, thinking about it, it does seem to happen when I am more tired than usual. The night before I posted this, I did not sleep much, and got up in the middle of the night and immediately fell to the ground. I didn't sit up in the bed a minute before I tried to get up. That should have been an indicator to me to slow down some. I have tried to start eating better so maybe this will improve some to.
