People lie .... I bet they are lying.

Without getting too graphic... sorbitol poops are messy ...hard to clean up after. (that was another nasty aspect of my experience-- in the woods without running water for easy clean up).

If your looseness is sticky and messy... that would point to Sorbitol. Did they take the lot # and exp. date from you?

If your label says sorbitol or fructose....that is a way out for them.
Both are FDA allowable sweeteners.

Too much of any oil will not be absorbed well, and can cause looseness.
Olive oil is one example... Extra virgin olive oil is used as a laxative too. People taking many fish oil capsules a day can get loose too. It is always best to take the oils with food... as that slows things down and allows for the bile salts to emulsify the oil for absorption. Taken alone on an empty stomach and the bile may not be released, and hence the oil moves on to the large intestine.
