Lightbulb

The use of B6 for carpal tunnel has never been really proven.

So if you don't like the effects, then don't use it.

The very few reports in the literature involved people taking enormous doses (500mg a day and up) for a long period of time having paresthesias etc.
It is highly unlikely you are having toxicity because historically those two factors had to be present.

An enteric coated form will pass thru the liver. Only it will be more slowly, absorbed. Everything that goes thru your GI tract goes first pass thru the liver. Sublingual does not.

B6 is used you know to TREAT people with pyroluria... and those people have terrible anxiety and mood issues relieved by the high dose B6.

Make sure your magnesium is NOT oxide form.

You could alter your dose, take it every other day or every 3rd day, etc. Or not use it all. Since you seem highly reactive, I think avoiding it would be the best course for you.
