Yes, my lips and tongue tingle. It varies in intensity and location.

It is terrible, yes.

My lips, tongue and side of face have tingling or a very slight burn once in a while - but fortunately not very bad or very often.

Actually, the face tingling started over 15 years ago - long before any of the other "stuff" started happening to me. Very intermittent, had it checked out years ago And, big surprise - the doctors called it ideopathic.

That was the first time I ever heard that word. I had to go home and look it up because I was afraid it was the name of some horrible disease. Only recently did I come to the realization that for many here it essentially is the name of a horrible disease
