Our alternative/holistic pharmacy here recommended Ligaplex II to my daughter who is dealing with collapsed tendon in her foot, so she recommended it to me and I'm on it for over 7 months....there are a lot of reviews on amazon on it and the main mineral in it is Manganese which is critical for our bones. Some yrs ago an integrative MD did a mineral panel and manganese came up really low.... So you all might want to look at this Standard Process supplement.

With advanced aging and a mess from hip replacement in 2010, I'm wearing down too much. sighhhhh

Many chiro docs sell the Standard Process line, and SP are big in muscle testing.
