Default Amitripyline

Hi there,
I take 10mg of amitripyline at bedtime to help me sleep. I have taken it for a couple years now. I have PN in my feet. Mine is a little different than most folks on here because I don' have the burning sensation. I just can't bend, or barely move my toes. I go to the gym twice a week and hit the cross-trainer and log 3 1/2 -4 miles and then hit the weights for a bit. I am trying b12 shots plus b12 pills because my levels are low.
As far as any side effects, I have never been bothered by any. I don't recall having any problems when I first started this med. Wishing you the best!
Gene
