Rose, it's my recollection that I had been taking the Methylcobalimin for about a week when I went for my blood test. That was a little over 3 months ago. I didn't know you are supposed to stop taking Methyl B-12 before you have a blood test.

I have not had a blood test since.

When I have my next appointment with Dr. Fred, I'll have blood drawn a week before that appointment. I feel perfectly fine so it won't be any time soon. I go to Cornell in October. They always take blood. I'll ask them if they can include a b-12 test. I'll stop the b-12 a few days before I go to Cornell.

Melody
