Some degree of B12 malabsorption becomes very common as the decades accumulate
![]() And, many go on to malabsorb even from the usual supplements. So, just a note to those who do not take any drug or do anything else that is known to interfere with B12, it is a very good thing to cover when symptoms exist or a person has reached 50 without symptoms. rose
