Lightbulb I have two comments...

1) the DM suggestions are not HEALING oriented. They are just symptom relief.

2) this post gives a general set of definitions about types of supplements:

Personally I think one should start slowly with the most obvious
supplements, and if no effects are seen with a month or two, then add to them. This way you find out exactly which ones are working best for you. If you take a whole bunch all at once and get better, you don't really know which ones are the most active ones for you.

If you take RX medications for anything, you can PM me and I'll look them up for you to see if any are depleters. That would give you some hints as to what needs most attention.
