Hiya Pam,
And, welcome....

I've had that when I was a very young teen.
It's PAINFUL, I know~!

What you've gotta do, if you can, is let the nail, grow out...
Maybe there's a supplement than can strengthen your nails?
Or, some nail polish that does that?

So, let them grow out, and don't cut them too short.
PROTECT those nails!
Be sure you have room in your socks and shoes.

If this don't work, Please,
DO SEE A PODIATRIST!!!!

Hope you feel well soon,
I know,
what a PAIN
in the
Foot they are!
