Well gabby, the second nerve block I had was a double shot of depo medrol which is cortisone in some form, and I felt like I was a new person. for about 5 weeks. It was mahvelous darling. I don't know what the last block I had was but marvelous isn't the word I would use for the result, more like so-so. But Cortisone does things to your liver and I've always been told there is a limit to how often and how much you can have. I have a partially torn rotator cuff and when I was working they would only give me an injection every six months.

Enjoy. Sorry you are sick though, kinda hard to enjoy.
Get better soon.
