I have had the nasal mist flu vaccine 3 or 4 times. You can contact Department of Health Center (DHEC) in your area & they can tell you where you can go to get one bc not everywhere has them. I have to go to a pediatricians office bc they are only place near me. Very easy & quick. Never had any side effects at all. Although, vaccine ingredients change every year..but I recommend the nasal mist....especially if you are concerned about needle pricks & RSD spread. I used to be super paranoid but my health has gotten so poor I cant worry about that right now. I got stuck 15 times Thursday to get an IV started & the 3 nurses still couldnt get it. Hope you can find the info you need!!!
