I am still having migraines every day but it is the knives in my wrist and shoulder keeping me awake. And the bone scrapping in my forearm. And the fire.
I've taken tramadol but it isn't helping. I just want to sleep. At least I don't have to work tomorrow. So very tired. ![]() |

Try to listen some relaxing music ,in YouTube you can find a video of Tibetan singing bowls,is very relaxing, you never know ,my work for you, also if you got to ER you can ask the dr for toridol injection ,hurts a lot but takes your headache away right away and stays in your body for a while ,I hope that helps and you can have some comfort either way, blessings, from Jesika

I am so sorry KimA!! Do you have any epsom salts on hand that you could go soak in for a while? This sounds terrible but on my worse nights where I couldn't sleep I took a shot of Niquil and it did the trick.
Got any good books? |

Often a warm bath with epsom salts helps me. I get out of bed and do something that distracts me from the pain, and stops me from laying in bed fretting. Crossword puzzle, Suduko puzzle, old movie, are some ideas. Hope you find rest and comfort tonight. ~ Lottie

It's 3:30am now and I still can't sleep. The pain is so bad I can hardly lie still but moving around doesn't help.
It is going to be a long night. |
