Default Tired at 9 pm, wide awake at 11 pm - why???

I am hoping that you all will be able to provide me some insights. My daughter can be totally wiped out at 9 pm, head to bed try to to sleep but can't and then gets a major second wind at 11 pm or midnight? Any ideas why? Could this be adrenal fatigue? Other ideas?

It's 1:25 AM and she is WIDE awake! I just don't know how we are going to get this sleep under control so she can someday go back to school. Maybe I should send her to Hawaii where is is only 10:25...
